Delivery Information

1. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check the confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

2. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Available delivery services and estimated delivery times will normally be displayed at checkout or within our delivery information.

For UK orders, delivery may typically take approximately 2–3 working days, depending on the service selected and circumstances affecting the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Postal or courier delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Industrial action;
  • Operational disruption;
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

3. Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel enters the carrier's network.

Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their delivery.

4. Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee successful delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

We will try to assist where the order has not yet been dispatched.

5. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order appears to have been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.

We may need to investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier.

We will cooperate with the carrier's investigation procedures and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and your statutory consumer rights.

6. International Orders

Where international delivery is available, delivery options and charges will be displayed where applicable.
