Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable) must be intact and returned with the product.
  • Worn, damaged, or defective items will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Products must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • For international returns, only the value of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately, the cost of return postage will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing refunds after the return has been received.

Postage & Shipping Information

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3:30 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Special or next-day delivery is available upon request, at the buyer's expense. Please contact us before purchase if you require these services.

For return postage, the buyer is responsible for the cost unless otherwise stated in the listing (e.g., "free returns" promotion). We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of items.

Return Instructions

  • Please contact us prior to returning any item to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. The buyer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
