ByBargain is an online-only retail business. Our order processing and dispatch operations are based in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. The registered office address above is used for official company correspondence and is not a customer-facing retail store.

In these Terms & Conditions, “ByBargain”, “we”, “us” or “our” means H&I Online Ltd trading as ByBargain.

Sourcing through an approved or authorised distributor does not, by itself, mean that ByBargain is an officially appointed retailer or is directly affiliated with the brand owner.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that branded products offered for sale through ByBargain are genuine and appropriately sourced. We maintain relevant purchasing records and supplier invoices relating to our stock where applicable.

We do not sell counterfeit, replica or imitation products represented as genuine branded goods.

Third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, designs and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

ByBargain is an independent multi-brand retailer.

The appearance or sale of a third-party branded product on ByBargain does not, unless expressly stated and supportable, mean that H&I Online Ltd or ByBargain is owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially authorised by the relevant brand owner.

Genuine product sourcing and official brand affiliation are separate matters.

All intellectual property belonging to ByBargain or H&I Online Ltd, including our original:

• Logos;

• Branding;

• Text;

• Product descriptions;

• Original photographs;

• Graphics;

• Marketing materials;

• Website content; and

• Other original materials

may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal and legitimate purchasing purposes.

ByBargain operates primarily as an online retailer and sources products through legitimate commercial supply channels.

Third-party branded products sold by ByBargain are sourced through brand-approved or authorised distributors. Our online business model can also reduce some of the overhead costs associated with traditional physical retail operations.

Where we are able to achieve purchasing or operating efficiencies, we may reflect these in the prices offered to customers.

A competitive or discounted price does not by itself indicate that a product is counterfeit or that ByBargain has an official affiliation with the relevant brand owner.

7. Promotions, Discounts and Offers

Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout where required.

• Certain products may be excluded from promotional offers.

• Only one discount code may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Placing an Order

11. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check the confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

12. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Orders placed before our published dispatch cut-off on a normal business day will generally be processed in accordance with the dispatch information shown on our Delivery Information page. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next applicable business day.

Available delivery services and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout where applicable.

For UK orders, our Standard delivery service typically takes approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch. Faster delivery services may also be available at checkout, with the applicable estimated delivery timeframe displayed before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the selected delivery service is expressly described as a guaranteed service and the applicable service conditions are met.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

• Postal or courier delays;

• Severe weather;

• Industrial action;

• Operational disruption;

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

• Peak-period delays; or

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel enters the carrier's network.

Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their delivery.

14. Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee successful delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

We will try to assist where the order has not yet been dispatched.

15. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order appears to have been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.

We may need to investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier.

We will cooperate with the carrier's investigation procedures and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and your statutory consumer rights.

International orders are subject to postage charges. Available delivery options and postage charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders may be subject to:

18. Condition of Returned Products

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds are normally processed by us within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and assessed where applicable.

The additional time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Where applicable law requires a refund of the original standard delivery charge, we will comply with those requirements.

Additional or upgraded delivery costs may be treated differently where permitted by law.
