ByBargain is an online-only retailer operated by H&I Online Ltd, company number 13686977. Our order processing and dispatch operations are based in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom, and orders are dispatched from the UK.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK local time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, are generally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after this cut-off, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally processed on the next working day.

If an unexpected processing or dispatch delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. Free Standard UK Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders.

Our standard delivery service is normally Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Where appropriate, we may upgrade an order to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no additional charge.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Weekends and UK bank holidays are excluded from working-day estimates.

3. Express Delivery

Where available, express delivery options and any additional charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, but this is not a guaranteed next-day service.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information will normally be provided by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after your parcel enters the carrier’s network.

5. Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to amend the address where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

7. International Delivery

International delivery is available only where your destination and order are supported at checkout.

Available delivery options and shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

Unless expressly included or stated otherwise at checkout, import duties, local taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country are not included in our shipping charges and may be payable by the recipient.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We offer free UK return postage for eligible returns through our prepaid Royal Mail returns service. A printer is not required where the supplied QR code can be used at a participating Post Office or Royal Mail location offering label printing.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 3 business days after the return has been received and assessed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Hygiene-related restrictions may apply to sealed underwear and other hygiene-sensitive products once the relevant seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed. These restrictions do not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
