Returns & Refunds

1. Returns and Cancellation Rights

Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the applicable return process, conditions and time frames.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.

Certain products may be subject to legal exceptions, including products affected by hygiene or health-protection requirements where applicable.

2. Condition of Returned Products

When returning an item, customers should take reasonable care of the product.

Where applicable, items should be returned with:

  • Original packaging;
  • Labels and tags;
  • Accessories;
  • Product documentation; and
  • Other items supplied with the product.

Customers may examine products as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.

Where a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, a deduction for diminished value may apply where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section affects statutory rights relating to faulty, defective or misdescribed goods.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged;
  • Incorrect;
  • Not as described; or
  • Otherwise does not conform to the contract,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, order information or other relevant details to help us investigate the issue.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to your legal rights, we will provide the appropriate remedy required under applicable UK consumer law.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable law requires a refund of the original standard delivery charge, we will comply with those requirements.

Additional or upgraded delivery costs may be treated differently where permitted by law.

5. Hygiene and Certain Products

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products may be subject to specific return restrictions where permitted by law.

This may include certain intimate, personal or hygiene-sensitive products where the relevant legal conditions apply.

Any applicable restrictions will be communicated through the relevant product or returns information.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, defective or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
